Bursaries

The Trustees of ROC award bursaries to support attendance in order to present work at its conferences. Awards are intended for the benefit of individuals in training or in the early part of their professional career and for whom attendance at the congress would present significant financial challenge.

In any one year, ROC will award up to eight bursaries for individuals residing in the UK and six bursaries for applicants residing outside the UK, with preference being given to applicants from lower and middle income countries as defined by the World Bank.

Bursaries consist of full registration for the UKIO congress, return travel to the host city and hotel accommodation (to include breakfast).

Information on applying for a bursary will be sent to successful abstract authors when notification of decisions on abstracts are sent out in mid March. If you have queries in the meantime, please contact ukio@profileproductions.co.uk if you have any queries.
