Dough and dine: Pizza-making evening
Monday 4 July, 19:30 (approx. 2.5 hours)

You’ll think you’re in Napoli as you learn to become a pizza chef and then enjoy your very own creation. A professional pizzaiolo (pizza chef) will demonstrate dough tossing and stretching and how to make the perfect crispy crust, the smoothest sauce, and chop and dice the best ingredients before it’s your turn to sprinkle the flour on the counter and get stuck in. Turn up the heat and go head-to-head with your fellow UKIO delegates on who can make the most creative pizza. Once your pizzas are in the oven, you can relax with drinks before eating together.

Includes: Welcome drink, garlic bread / garlic balls, all ingredients. Additional food and drinks can be purchased. At Pizza Express Liverpool Albert Dock (opposite the ACC).
